About Me

Rachel: United Kingdom; Hi, I'm Rachel, and this is my blog. It's a place where I can let off steam and express (some of) the things that I mutter about to myself in the privacy of my own brain. It's about life in general, but because of the way my life is right now it'll probably feature a lot of stuff about the challenges of raising a young child whilst being housebound with severe M.E. This blog has four main purposes, which are all equally important to me: raising awareness of the reality of life with M.E.; updating family and friends; a space for me to process emotions/thoughts; and mutual support, encouragement, and sharing of ideas within the M.E. community.
